An incredible host and the most beautiful space. Virginia is a tour guide and had such great information for me on the local area and the great sight seeing spots. So kind and beautiful. The space is amazing, surrounded by beautiful rainforest, very quiet and private. Beautiful Kuranda is only 5 minutes drive away. We loved Virginia’s doggy Tupitu, so cute and so social 🙂 We loved staying here, it was a real treat. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the nature in the Tablelands.
Our stay with Virginia beat our expectations. The studio is not only so beautiful, but it sits amongst the heartfelt mountains with birds singing all around the home from dawn. Virginia made our stay so special ! From beautiful breakfasts, freshly squeezed grape juice from her garden, DELICIOUS homemade cakes, and incredible hospitality such as offering to drive us into town (Kuranda) as well as going out of her way to help out with any tips and tourist destinations was just lovely. We will recommend everyone to your special place !
Our stay with Virginia was excellent! She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay and were fully aware of what the area has to offer. The space is just lovely, super comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom with great towels. There is chairs & tables outside to enjoy the beautiful garden. This is just a beautiful part of the world and we are very grateful that Virginia let us share it with her. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
I had a beautiful stay amongst the trees and nature. Virginia goes out of her way to be helpful and welcoming! I really appreciated the local tips, fresh organic grapefruit from the garden and the lift from Kuranda. It was nice to have the company of “Tupito”, the little dog too. I can highly recommend this as a great place to base yourself while exploring the area. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.
Virginia has created a beautiful space both inside and out. Super comfy bedding and soft towels. When you wake you are surrounded by exquisite gardens and greeted by the delightful pup. Tupito. Virginia is incredibly warm and friendly you can't help but feel at home. I would highly recommend xx.
Virginia is a gorgeous host. No problem is too big for her. Very accommodating and helpful. Her cake is to die for and her doggie is adorable. Very much five star.
Beautiful room and bathroom in a quiet location, close to the village. Virginia went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home, as well as give us guidance about things we might want to do or places worth visiting.
Loved everything about our stay. We were very comfortable and Virginia went above and beyond with her hospitality. This is what AirBnB should be all about. Sharing a space with a passionate local at a more affordable price than hotels but in a much more comfortable and homely environment.
Stay here with complete confidence. It is not often you come across something so very special that exceeds your expectation in every way. Virginia and “Toopido” were the perfect hosts in a cosy, comfortable and idyllic location. Kuranda is a lovely place to visit with much to see and do and Virginia’s knowledge of the area made the whole experience so much better for us.
A very comfortable space to wake up to calling birds! A beautiful patio with hanging flowers and surrounding gardens, so plenty of visiting honeyeaters. Virginia is very lovely and kind, she's very knowledgeable about local attractions, where to eat, and where to find some frogs at night! And don't be scared by Tupitu the dog as he welcomes you to the place! Would definitely return when more frogs are actively calling. Thanks for everything!
